Ottawa Golfing was a golf clubs directory magazine, we were approached by Ottawa Citizens marketing department with a request to extend its reach online. In order to maintain the readers base for the new site we coordinated content creation with the editorial department. Print and online contests and campaigns to promote the new site were created in collaboration with our marketing department.
Besides from being a directory site, we created custom features to allow visitors easier and faster golf course or school searches and bookings. The home page of the new site was intended to draw the reader and provide a quick response to any golfing needs: course searches, weather update and the latest golf news.
